Over the past year and a half, we’ve worked closely with partners across the life sciences industry - listening, learning, and designing solutions to better support patients throughout their obesity treatment journey.
The message has been clear: There is strong enthusiasm for the promise of modern technology in Patient Support Programs (PSPs), but also a deep caution about moving too quickly.
Across the industry, teams recognize the operational and strategic imperative to deploy scalable, high-quality support and adherence solutions. Yet the practical barriers to implementing patient-facing generative AI remain significant. Concerns around adverse event reporting, internal AI governance, content management and approval have added new layers of complexity to an already lengthy procurement and compliance process.
